Abbey got selected out of her art class for best drawing.. She free handed this bird and her drawings were apart of an art show at Hinds in Pearl.. She did so wonderfully, I couldnt be more proud.. She is starting honors classes next year and is on student council as well.. She is becoming quite the young lady that I dreamed she would..

She did such an awesome job and I am so proud..
Pretty soon we will have this beautiful piece of art hanging in our home.. It took me back to when I was in the 4th grade.. I also had a drawing go to an art show.. Time is flying by and my children are growing up.. Before you know it they will all be grown and in college, getting married and having children of their own.. SCAREY!!
On a different note, this weekend is going to be fantastic and beautiful.. Everyone needs to get on out in it and enjoy themselves.. I may take a ride with friends, open up the sunroof and turn up the John Mayer.. That is one of my most favorite things in this world to do!!
