Santa Baby..

We went to The Bass Pro Shop on last Weds night.. It was so nice not having to stand in the Northpark mall line.. On top of that this was a nice looking Santa.. I love this time of year!! I am so greatful to have children that are older so that they can relish in their little sister seeing new things.. Having her first Christmas, Thanksgiving, Halloween etc.. Abbey is like her second momma.. I wouldnt have it any other way.. I wish that I would of had a sister growing up.. Anyway.. I put Addison in Santa's lap and Brandon was sitting next to her soothing her as she looked at this big ole guy dressed in this red suit.. He was being the big brother making sure his sister didnt get scared.. It was so sweet and funny at the same time!! My babies also wrote letters to Santa and put them in his mailbox.. It was so much fun for them.. FYI though, eating at the restaurant in Bass Pro (though Santa gives you free kids meals) was no good.. Na Uh!! No go for their food.. It looks tempting especially since you try and save as much money as you can when eating out with extra mouths to feed.. But that is a big fat no!! We left there and got ready for our big Turkey day the next day.. We had a great Thanksgiving!!
