So this was just one of the many surprises that I got for my birthday this weekend.. For those of you who dont know me, I rarely buy anything for myself.. Unless of course you are talking about toothbrushes or deodorant.. I have had a slider phone now for about 2 years and it got to the point to where I had to literally hit the phone to get the speaker to work.. I had SO many missed calls!! Well after many discussions about why I didnt answer my phone, my husband finally realized I had pretty much had a broke down phone.. It had seen it's better day.. He got me this blackberry for my birthday.. I got taken to see Fireproof the movie on Friday night, and to Julep for some dinner on Saturday night.. After having a birthday cake martini, we ate a fried green tomato appetizer.. Yum!! Then of course my fav, the honey glazed chicken..
The most awesome thing happened when we left Julep..
We pulled up to our house and I walked in only to be surprised by all of my friends and family.. Brant had planned a surprise party for me.. I have such a wonderful and very thoughtful husband.. I have never had a surprise birthday before.. He had gotten a tasty cake from Dream Cakes and we had drinks and some dip.. Thank you baby for making my birthday weekend so wonderful and eventful.. I had no idea.. I love you.. That meant the world to me.. This has been such a great year..
